Certification Process and Details
Participants in Tiers 1, 2, and 3 have the opportunity to achieve Professional Bra Fitter Certifications.
This is achieved through a combination of:

Evaluation Process
Written and Video Exams: The exams are reviewed and evaluated by the Esteem Bra Fitting Academy Team.
Access and Enrolment

Unlimited Access to purchased Programs is available for multiple participants, facilitating study and self-learning.

Competency Certification: This must be purchased separately from the Tier enrolment. It is available on a per-student basis.
Enrolment Flexibility

Add-On Option: The Competency Certification can be added at any time during an active course timeline, within the two-year active access period.

Course Requirement: Only one active course per boutique is needed to qualify for certification purchases, though multiple certifications enrolments can be purchased.
Certification Tiers
Each tier represents a separate certification, with Tier 2 and Tier 3 requiring the completion of the preceding tier.

Example Scenarios

Scenario 1:

A staff member completes Tier 1 Certification and proceeds to complete Tier 2 Certification – requires a Certification purchased for each Tier – Total 2

Scenario 2:

A staff member wishes to skip Tier 1 and only take Tier 2 certification. Due to the pre-requisite requirement, they must first complete the Tier 1 Certification.

Scenario 3:
-
An organization purchases a Tier 1-2 Fundamentals and Advance program, and three staff members complete the program. Only one Certification is purchased – only one staff member can complete the requirements for Certification level purchased.

Scenario 4:
An experienced fitter would like to challenge the Certification exams without purchasing the Tier 1/2 & 3 training programs. Unfortunately the Boutique must have a purchased applicable training course active to enroll in the certification program.
