Terms & Conditions
Esteem Bra Fitting Business Academy Memberships


By purchasing a membership in the Esteem Bra Fitting Business Academy (referred to as the Academy hereafter), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

The Academy Membership, regardless of the level, is an Annual Membership that can be paid lump sum or over twelve (12) equal payments.  The membership is renewed annually automatically unless it is cancelled by the person or company who has purchased the membership prior to the renewal date.
Members will receive notice of renewal 14 days prior to the renewal. If the member wishes to cancel, remove you payment information through your member profile. If the membership does automatically renew you have 7 days from the renewal date to request a request the cancellation and refund.   The refund request must be made in writing and emailed to  so it is officially time and date stamped. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the member by email and all payment information will be deleted.

*Premier Membership Blast Off Promotion is only applicable to the Premier Membership. The $1000 coupon code cannot be combined with the payment plan option. This Promotion has limited numbers available*

Membership fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds for early cancellation except for memberships cancelled within the 7-day trial period.  If the person or business cancels during the membership year and are on the monthly payment program then monthly payments will continue until the entire membership fee is paid in full, conversely a membership that is cancelled mid term will still be accessible and offer all the membership benefits including certification privileges until the full year of the membership term has been completed.

Failure to pay the entire membership fee (including missed monthly payment), will result in the person or business being restricted from current and future access into the Academy until the outstanding debt has been fully paid.
7-day trial period: Once purchased, a membership can be cancelled with a full refund provided that the following 3 criteria have been met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase.

  • No homework has been marked and no certifications have been issued.

  • The refund request must be made in writing and emailed to  so it is officially time and date stamped.


In consideration of payment for an academy membership, the purchaser has unlimited access to all course materials associated with the membership level purchased, to use in training themselves or their staff. Should the purchaser choose to be tested and certified, then the number of additional individuals who can be certified in a single year is limited, depending on the membership. The number of certifications included are noted in the membership description.  Additional certifications can be purchased for an additional fee if required.  See membership parameters for further details.

All videos, materials and course content are owned and copyrighted by the Esteem Bra Fitting Business Academy.

The Academy makes no guarantees of individual businesses or fitter’s sales success and cannot be held responsible or liable for any member’s business outcomes. 

The Academy will never sell, nor disclose the personal or business information of its members without express written consent from the member.  Information collected in surveys and coaching sessions is kept confidential and limited to academy use.

To participate in member marketing opportunities, the member must be in good standing with a current membership. Members are responsible to ensure that their contact information is current with the Academy. In the case that a member doesn’t wish to participate in marketing opportunities; they can be removed from all Academy promotions for members by emailing

Member participation in group coaching sessions and community chats on the platform must adhere to the following Academy Community Rules; failure to do so will result in the member’s access to the community and coaching sessions being restricted.

  1. Be kind, courteous and agree to The Academy Community Rules.  We are all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect.

  2. Healthy debates are natural; however, kindness and empathy are required. Due to the intimate nature of our work, community discussions may delve into issues that different cultures may consider uncomfortable or be working in spaces where perceived freedoms are limited in different ways.   Whenever possible seek to understand and explore our differences with healthy discourse.

  3. No hate speech, bullying or politics. Let's make sure everyone feels safe.  Derogatory comments or bullying of any kind won’t be tolerated. Derogatory comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.

  4. No promotions, spam or external links. We will remove any posts that contain links to other websites, opt-ins, videos, and social media. All conversations should be posted here on the academy community & platform.

  5. Don’t collect emails/or invite students to join you in Academy Communities outside of this one.

  6. No market research. Please do not use this Academy Community for market research for your specialized field of interest; we encourage you to pose those kinds of questions on your own business pages.

  7. Respect everyone’s privacy. Being part of The Academy Community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make a community great but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in this community should stay in the Community.

Payment of Membership is considered understanding and acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
