Tier 3 focuses on post-surgical fittings, offering compassionate, specialized training for breast surgery recovery and mastectomy care.

What's Included

  • Specialized training for fitting bras after breast augmentation, reduction, lumpectomy, and mastectomy.

  • Guidance on selecting and fitting breast forms and prosthetics.

  • Techniques for fitting bras post-breast reconstruction.

  • Skills for conducting sensitive client consultations pre- and post-surgery.

  • Emphasis on empathy, skill, and kindness in client interactions.

  • Strategies for soft selling and product staging to meet evolving client needs.

  • Certification upon completion, with prerequisites of Tier 1 and Tier 2 certifications.

Post surgical lessons in Tier 3 leverage the Fundamentals of Fitting Tier 1 and Specialty Fitting – Customer Relationships Tier 2.  Tier 3 has a special emphasis on soft selling skills needed to meet surgical client expectations.
