REFUNDABLE PROGRAMS

The 7-DAY TRIAL PERIOD OR a CANCELATION REFUND is applicable to the following PROGRAM PLANS ONLY:

• Tier 1 &  2 -  Fundamentals and Advanced Fittings

• Tier 3 - Special Needs Clients 

• Tier 4 - Business Development Program

• All Access Pass 

 

A Program as noted above may be cancelled with a full refund of payments made, providing the following 2 criteria are met:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase of program.

• The refund request must be made in writing and emailed to support@esteemlingeriegroup.ca. which provides an official time and date stamp.

 All Certification Payments for Tiers 1, 2 & 3 are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Participant access to Tier 1 - Fundamentals - Tier 2 Advanced & Tier 3 – Special Needs Clients are all time limited.
Program purchased allows full access to purchased program for 2 years from purchase date.

(Note: additional access time may be provided as Incentives or Bonuses).

Purchase of Business Development courses are non-refundable. 

• 24/7 access availability for single purchase courses for 1 year.

• Access to online courses is by participant log-in credentials.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR PROGRAMS & COURSES 
Tier 1-2 (Fundamentals/Advanced Fittings):

• You have the option to pay in full at the time of purchase or choose a payment plan.

• The payment plan consists of 6 monthly installments, starting from the date of purchase.

• First payment for installment purchases is charged at the initial enrollment date. At the end of purchase access time, access can only be re-activated with an additional plan purchase.

• When opting for the monthly installment plan, the monthly payments will continue until the course plan fee is paid in full. Cancellation is only available within 7 days of initial purchase regardless of payment plan chosen.

Tier 3 (Special Needs - Specialty Post Surgical):

• You have the option to pay in full at the time of purchase or choose a payment plan.

• The payment plan consists of 3 monthly installments, starting from the date of purchase.

• First payment for installment purchases is charged at the initial enrollment date. At the end of purchase access time, access can only be re-activated with an additional plan purchase.

• When opting for the monthly installment plan, the monthly payments will continue until the course plan fee is paid in full. Cancellation is only available within 7 days of initial purchase regardless of payment plan chosen.
